Need Help With an Order?
The fastest way to get support is to email support@dadbrand.com. Please do not attempt to call or text us — those channels are not monitored for order support.
Include your order # in your email. Missing order numbers will slow down response time and resolution.
We try to respond as fast as possible, but we’re a small business — please allow at least 24 hours for a reply.
Where We Ship
We accept orders from the United States and most international locations.
Fulfillment & Delivery Times
- Orders ship on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- USA — Standard: typically 5–8 business days to arrive.
- USA — Priority: typically 1–4 business days to arrive.
- International: generally 7–15 business days to arrive.
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier service levels, peak-season volume, weather, or customs delays.
Free Shipping Thresholds (USA)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $55.
- Free Priority Shipping on orders over $75.
Thresholds apply to U.S. orders only.
International Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. Dad Brand, LLC is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.
If there are delivery issues once your package is in your country, you must contact your local carrier or customs office directly. We do not contact customs or local mail carriers on your behalf to troubleshoot international delivery issues.
Carriers & Methods
Unless otherwise specified, domestic orders ship via USPS Ground or an equivalent service from another carrier.
Carrier selection may vary based on destination, service level selected at checkout, and operational factors.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, we have no ability to change or edit the shipping address or the order.
Tracking, Delivery Issues & “Delivered” Packages
If there’s an issue with how a package was delivered (delays, routing, delivery scan, etc.), please contact the mail carrier directly using your tracking number.
- We can double-check the shipping address used on your order.
- If tracking shows delivered, please also check with neighbors/building management in case it was received by accident.
Delivery troubleshooting is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.
Delivery Confirmation & Secure Address
Please ship to a secure location. We do not process refunds or re-ship orders once carrier delivery confirmation is received.
Product Availability
We reserve the right to limit product quantities. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
