What happens if my color doesn’t reach 50?+
That colorway will not enter production and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. You’re backing a specific color—not taking a risk on a hat we won’t make.
When will my hat ship?+
Colorways that reach 50 preorders are estimated to ship 6–8 weeks after the preorder period ends on Sept. 7. We’ll email updates and send tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Will I be charged now?+
Yes. Your card is charged when you preorder so your color counts toward the 50-order production minimum. If that color doesn’t reach 50, you’ll receive a full refund.
What if I order an in-stock item too?+
Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may ship together when the preorder is ready. Place separate orders if you need an in-stock item sooner.
